The addition of vectors is basically the sum of two or more vectors. The catch is the vectors that can be added together must be connected to each other and heading in the same direction. For an example, the get the point C from point O we will need to travel through vector A and vector B. That will mean that the total displacement of point O and point C is vector A plus vector B. The sum of these two vectors is also called the resultant. The formula that is usually used in these situations are sine rule or cosine rule. Pythagoras Theorem may be helpful as well.
